Investor Information Collected
Through our investor registration form, we collect:
- Whether you are interested in buying investment properties, capital partnership opportunities, or both
- Your first name, last name, optional company or LLC name, email address, and phone number
- Preferred investment areas within Greater Houston
- Typical purchase or investment budget range, primary funding method, investing experience, readiness timeframe, and funding verification readiness
- Your confirmation that the information is accurate, and whether you chose to receive optional investor news by email
- The date and time of your registration and your device's IP address, which we keep with your registration to help prevent spam and fraud
Over time we may also collect business and entity details, investment criteria, property preferences, communications, and transaction-related records.
Investor Verification Documents
For certain transactions or investor qualifications, we may request proof of funds, identity or entity documentation, accreditation or suitability materials, and other financial records. These may contain sensitive personal information. Our registration form does not accept documents or file uploads. Do not submit IDs, bank statements, tax returns, Social Security numbers, or account credentials through our website form or by email. If verification is needed, we will arrange a secure method with you before any documents are exchanged.
How Information Is Used
We use information to respond to registrations, evaluate suitability for relevant opportunities, verify qualifications when necessary, coordinate due diligence and transactions, maintain FileMaker and business-email records, prevent fraud, comply with law, and measure website performance.
Opportunity Communications
Registration does not guarantee access to an opportunity or create an investment relationship. Specific transactions may require separate confidentiality agreements, offering documents, and legal disclosures.
Sharing and Verification
We may share information with service providers, authorized legal, title, and escrow professionals, transaction counterparties, and verification providers only as relevant and legally permitted. Sensitive investor documents are limited to authorized recipients and are never included in marketing lists or sent to Google Analytics.
Capital Raising and Securities
This Privacy Policy does not constitute an offer to sell securities. Capital-raising activities, if undertaken, require appropriate transaction-specific legal analysis, disclosures, and investor verification.
Investor Communications
We may contact you about your registration or a requested opportunity. Optional investor news and general business updates are sent by email only if you checked that box when registering; the box is never pre-checked, and we record your choice, the date, and the wording you agreed to. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe. Any promotional text messages will follow applicable notice, choice, and consent requirements.
Website Hosting and Storage
Our website is hosted through Turbify. Registrations are delivered to our business email and kept on our web server as a backup, and inquiries are managed using FileMaker and business email. Other technical service providers may support these systems.
Google Analytics 4 and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic, page engagement, guide downloads, and completed registrations.
- Analytics is on when you visit, and you can turn it off at any time (see "Cookies and choices" below).
- GA4 uses first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_followed by an ID) and collects device, browser, approximate location, interaction, and online identifier information. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices. - When you register, GA4 receives only a notice that a registration was completed. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, form responses (including budget, funding, experience, or verification answers), investor documents, or financial details to GA4.
- Google Signals and advertising personalization are turned off. We do not use Google Ads remarketing or any other advertising pixels.
- GA4 data is kept for up to 14 months.
Cookies and choices: you can turn analytics off with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser on that device and also applies to our homeowner pages on this website. You can also manage cookies through your browser or use Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Turning analytics off does not prevent you from registering. The moving background on our investor page runs entirely in your browser and does not collect or send information.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, subject to legal, tax, accounting, contract, dispute, and recordkeeping obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved; no transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact support@propertysaleadvisor.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your data. We will review requests under applicable law, verify identity as appropriate, and explain any lawful exceptions. You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.
Children
These services are intended for adults making property or investment-related inquiries, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13.
Changes and Contact
