Information We Collect
Information you give us through our request form:
- The option that best describes your situation (for example, selling with an agent, selling it yourself, repairs, a direct sale, or just exploring)
- Property street address, city, state, and ZIP code
- When you would like to sell
- Your first name, last name, phone number, and email address
- Any notes you choose to add
- Whether you gave permission for a referral to a real estate agent or to Liberty AA Construction LLC
Information recorded when you submit the form: the date and time of your submission and your device's IP address, which we keep with your request to help prevent spam and fraud.
Information you share later: when we follow up, you may tell us about ownership and occupancy, property condition, repair needs, your preferred selling approach, and your circumstances. Please share only what is necessary to evaluate your inquiry.
Other sources: we may supplement your information with publicly available property and transaction records.
Website use: information about how visitors use our website is collected through Google Analytics, as described in Cookies and Google Analytics.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or other highly sensitive documents through our website form.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to requests, assess relevant opportunities, provide educational resources, communicate about requested services, coordinate with authorized professionals, maintain records, protect our systems, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve website and business operations. Promotional communications are sent only as permitted by applicable law and any required consent.
Direct Purchase Inquiries
If you ask about an as-is or direct sale, PSA Acquisitions LLC may use the information to evaluate whether it wishes to make an offer as a principal buyer. Submitting information does not create an agency relationship, guarantee an offer, or require you to sell.
Construction and Agent Referrals
Construction referrals. If you request repairs or remodeling, our form offers an optional permission box, which is never pre-checked. Only if you check it do we share your name, phone, email, and property address with Liberty AA Construction LLC, a separate affiliated company, so it can contact you about an estimate. Liberty AA Construction LLC handles its own service evaluation and any contract with you.
Independent real estate agent referrals. If you request an agent connection, the same optional permission box applies. Only if you check it do we share the contact and property details needed to introduce you to an independent real estate professional. The agent operates independently and may have a separate privacy policy. We may receive compensation from some partners, and we will disclose any material referral relationship as applicable.
We record whether you gave permission, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to. If you do not check the box, we do not share your contact details for that referral.
Guides and Follow-Up
You can download our homeowner guide without giving us any contact information. If you request a guide or updates by contacting us, we use the contact information you provide to deliver that material and follow up within the scope of your request and applicable consent. Downloading a guide does not enroll you in marketing.
When We Share Information
We may share information with vendors who support our website, communications, records, security, and operations. Our website is hosted by Turbify, form submissions are delivered to our business email, and inquiries are managed in our business records, including FileMaker. We may also share information with title companies, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals when relevant to a requested transaction; with authorities when legally required; and with parties to a transaction when authorized or otherwise legally permitted. Referrals are shared only as described in Construction and Agent Referrals. We do not treat submitting an inquiry as blanket permission to distribute personal information to unrelated marketers.
Cookies, Google Analytics 4, and Website Measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a website measurement service provided by Google, to understand visits, page views, traffic sources, website performance, and interactions such as clicks, guide downloads, and completed request forms. We use these insights to improve website content, navigation, and the inquiry experience.
How it is set up:
- Analytics is on when you visit, and you can turn it off at any time (see "Your choices" below).
- GA4 uses first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_followed by an ID) and similar identifiers, and collects technical information such as browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, and interaction events. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy documentation. - When you submit our form, GA4 receives only a notice that a request was completed and its general type (for example, "remodeling request"). We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, notes, or your other form answers to GA4, and our web addresses and page titles do not contain personal information.
- Google Signals and advertising personalization are turned off. We do not use Google Ads remarketing or any other advertising pixels. We will update this policy if that changes.
- GA4 data is kept for up to 14 months.
Other website features: our fonts and images are served from our own website. The Text, WhatsApp, and Facebook share buttons are plain links; nothing from those services loads unless you click one.
Your choices: you can turn analytics off with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser on that device and also applies to our investor pages on this website. If you clear your browser data, you will need to choose again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Turning analytics off does not affect your ability to use the website or submit a request.
Communications and Choices
You may ask us to stop nonessential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us. For text messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided (for example, reply STOP when supported). Opting out of promotional messages does not necessarily stop communications needed for an existing transaction or to respond to a request.
Security and Retention
We seek to use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and business activities involved. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, transaction documentation, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on your residence and laws applicable to our business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Email support@propertysaleadvisor.com with the subject "Privacy Request," or call (888) 620-6284. We may verify your identity before acting. If applicable law gives you an appeal right, you may request review of a denied request by replying to our decision. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Other Websites and Children
Links to third-party sites are governed by their own privacy practices. Our websites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us.
Changes and Contact
